My Story

​Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens—but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

​​

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. This fee applies to all cancellations or reschedules, including those due to illness.

 

Any changes to a lower-priced service within the 24-hour window will result in an additional fee.

 

Failure to pay the cancellation fee within 48 hours will result in the inability to book future appointments.

 

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are late, your appointment may be cut short out of respect for the next guest’s time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a late cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.

To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. You will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.

Returns + Retail Policy

We do not offer refunds on services.
Retail products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase if unopened and unused.

 

Head Spa Expectations

Our Head Spa is a performance-based scalp treatment, not a full-body massage. While the experience is deeply relaxing, it is not a massage service and should not be booked as such. For more details, visit our Head Spa FAQ page.

 

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm and focused environment, we ask that only guests receiving services remain in the treatment areas. Children 12 and older are welcome with scheduled appointments or under direct supervision in the waiting area.

Allergy & Sensitivity Policy

Your health and safety are our top priority. To help us provide the best experience possible, you must disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin/scalp conditions to your provider before your service begins.

If you experience any type of reaction or irritation after a service, please notify us within 24 hours.

  • A doctor’s note or medical documentation is required to be considered for a refund or further investigation.

  • Without documentation, adjustments or refunds cannot be guaranteed.

  • Blo and Glo assumes no liability for allergic reactions or sensitivities related to services or products used during your visit.

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Tips may be provided in cash or through digital options—ask your service provider for details!

 

Team-Based Approach

At Blo and Glo, we work as a team. If your usual provider isn’t available, you are in great hands with any of our trained professionals. We support one another—and your service quality will never be compromised.
